Sales & Service Policy

All items that are unused and in original working condition can be returned for full refund. All shipping charges are none refundable.

The Items we sell are guaranteed from all product defects and are inspected rigorously before shipping.

All refunds will be determined upon evaluation of the returned product to www.campfireracks.com. All shipping charges are none refundable. Replacement products for items that are categorized as "defected” will happen within 48hrs of UPS receipt. Items that are labeled as "miss-use" or "neglect" will not be eligible for a refund, and will be discarded.

Shipping Areas

We will distribute our camping grills to the continental United States.

We will also ship to Canada, but the consumer will pay all additional fees charged to ship International.
